ORDERING PROCEDURES
1) Place your order by email order@robotstoreHK.com and writing down the followings:
- our part number
- quantity of each item
- your name
- complete shipping address
- telephone number (your best local time to contact)
- payment method. (see below for Payment Method information)
You can fax the above information to us (+852) 2887-2519.
Note : (852) is a country code of HONG KONG . You may need to add prefix in front of (852) which depends on your phone service providers at your country. If you have difficulty to make long distance call, please contact your long distance call service providers.
If the fax telephone line is busy, please send us an email and we will try to get you through.
2) Place your order by phone (+852) 9752-0677 (24-hour) where 852 is a country code with all the above information ready. Please leave us an voice mail or drop us an email if no one answers the phone or it is busy.
3) Official Purchase Order ( PO ) is accepted from the Educational Institutions, University, College, or Company from any countries. NO account setup in advance is necessary. Just simply fax your Purchase Order (PO) to (+852) 2887-2519 where 852 is a country code .We will process your order immediately, and we will bill your account department in Net-30 payment term. Please make sure the PO number, account payable address, and telephone number are appeared on the PO .
4) We will acknowledge you by email within 24-hour for the total amount due, payment method and when the parts will be shipped. Normally, We will ship the kit at the same day we receive your confirmation.
5) The kit will arrive normally 4-7 working days to North American (e.g. USA and Canada ) or Europe, and 3-4 days within Asia by Registered Airmail.
6) It will take around 2-4 working days by EMS to North America, Europe, and Asia countries.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
1) Official Purchase Order ( PO ) is accepted from the Educational Institutions, University, College, or Company from any countries. NO account setup in advance is necessary. Just simply fax your Purchase Order (PO) to (+852) 2887-2519 where 852 is a country code .We will process your order immediately, and we will bill your account department in Net-30 payment term. Please make sure the PO number, account payable address and telephone number are appeared on the PO .
2) Credir cards  or bank account direct transfer by PayPal (https://www.paypal.com)
We now accept payment by credit cards or bank account direct transfer by Paypal . NO service fee or other hidden cost will be charged to the customer. We will send you "Payment Request" email with the total amount need to be paid via PayPal payment gateway.
You then follow the instructions provided by PayPal "Payment Request " email by verifying your credit card or bank account information. It is very easy to use, reliable, and fast. PayPal opens 24-hour 7-day a week. Anywhere and anytime. Check if Paypal is available at your country or location .
Paypal.com helps us to verfiy and collect credit information from the customer since we cannot collect customer's credit card information. It is safe and reliable to use Paypal payment gateway.

3) Check in US fund (issued by any US banks) or Canadian fund (issued by any Canadian banks).
4)  For US customers or check issued by any US banks, you can pay us by on-line check processor . You just fill-in your physical check information and total amount to be paid into on-line check processor exactly the same as on the physical check (issued by any US banks).
Under this way, you keep your physical check for a record and don't need to mail to us. On-line check processor is SSL protected with high security features and it is already make payable to ROBOT STORE (HK) . It is reliable and fast.

5) Money Order in US fund (issued by any US banks, NOT from US post office).
6) International Bank Draft in US fund (issued by any local banks at your country, and it can be drawn in any US banks). Check your local banks for details. Our mailing information as belows.
7) Check in EURO (European Currency) issued by any your local banks (European Countries). Our mailing information as belows.
8) Check in your countries' currency other than US or EURO (issued by your any local banks). To convert the price from US dollar to your countries currency, please use Universal Currency Converter . For example: we accept check in UK Pound issued from any UK banks.
9) T/T (wiring) to our Hong Kong bank via any your local banks at your Country. Our bank information available upon request.
10) We also accept payment through Western Union Money Transfer service. Please check with Western Union for your nearest agents at your country and locations. After you transfer the payment via Western Union , please email us sender's name, amount transfered, and Western Union Money Transfer Control Number ( MTCN ).
11) All Money Order, Check, or Bank Draft should be made payable to

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
1./ Typically shipping and handling for around 1kg will be US$15.00 by Registered Airmail for North America or for Europe unless specified.
2./ It costs US$12.00 for 1kg within Asia.
3./ We only charge on actual shipping cost (you pay the for the cost of the actual courier service).
4./ No Import Duties or any Taxes as we declared the package as sample items and will mark down the custom value.
5./ SpeedPost / EMS (available at your country post office), FedEx , UPS , and DHL shipping are available. Please contact us: info@robotstoreHK.com for the shipping rate. For emergency orders, we prefer you to use SpeedPost / EMS for its lower rate and traceable in many countries.
6./ We can ship the products by your FedEx/UPS/DHL account. The customer must provide their FedEx/UPS/DHL account number with the order. NO extra shipping and handling fee will be charged.
Orders received will be shipped in the same day. That is, we will ship the order without waiting your payment arrived!!.
